Booking Terms
The fine print, up front
Read this before you send a deposit. Everything below appears in the service agreement you sign at booking.
Deposit & payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is due on or before the event date.
- Accepted: e-Transfer, Cash, Zelle
- Dates are only held once the retainer clears
Cancellations
- 30+ days before: deposit forfeited
- Within 14 days: 75% of the total due
- Within 48 hours or no-show: 100% due
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted with 14 or more days’ notice, subject to availability.
- Changes inside 14 days carry a $50 fee
Travel
No travel fee within a 20 km radius of my New Jersey base.
- Beyond that, travel is quoted before booking
- Destination weddings include flights & stay

Photography
I reserve the right to photograph my work for portfolio and promotional use, unless you request privacy in writing beforehand.
